PSEA’ mission is to promote the well-being of our PSEA community (you, the members) through a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect with District Administration and the PUSD Governing Board. As an independent, member-run organization, it is your participation that makes our Association strong and effective. PSEA developed and maintains the RESPECT Fund, a political action and education effort, to assist in protecting and advancing the interests of our members.

Why the RESPECT Fund?

• PSEA is an independent, member-run organization whose mission is to promote the well-being of our PSEA community (you, the members) through a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect with District Administration and the PUSD Governing Board.
• PSEA fights for the things that matter – our wages, our health & welfare benefits, our working conditions. Together we can change them for the better.
• Nothing comes easy. If you want to make change, you must take a stand to have your voice heard.
• There is strength in unity. When we stand together with our coworkers, our School Board will listen to us, respect us, and do the right thing.
