LCAP – Your Input Needed
LSS has initiated a new process for gathering stakeholder input in preparation of the annual Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). The new process will rely on data gathered by Site Teams consisting of the Principal, a teacher representative, classified representative and parent representative.
LSS rolled out the process on January 10th and 11th, training teams from around the District on assessing our LCAP “actions and services” and gathering the site’s feedback. Each Site Team will design the method of data gathering, and it must include all stakeholders.
PSEA has sought for several years to ensure the voice of classified staff is reflected in the District’s comprehensive LCAP. We hope the new method will be a success and encourage all classified employees to participate in your site’s LCAP meetings.
